Responsibilities:

- Greet patients.
- Lifestyle sales of eyewear.
- Checking in glasses.
- Posting payments on accounts.
- Communicating with providers.
- Problem solving eyewear.
- Inventory control.
- Customer service.
- Department meetings.


Qualifications:


- High school diploma or equivalent. ABO certification preferred.
- Minimum one year in optical office setting.
- Eyewear sales.
- Knowledge of optics, products, lifestyle needs of patients, lensometer and prism.
- Great customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Team player.


Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule


- Part time, 23 hours per week.
- Day/Evening shift.
- Every other weekend.

- Part-time position, 31 hrs/week.
- Day/Evening shifts: Monday 1:00p.m.-7:00p.m., Wednesday 2:00p.m.-7:30p.m., Thursday 7:45a.m.-5:00p.m.
- Occasional weekend shift.
- Non-contract
