Responsibilities:

This position is for a Psychiatric APRN who would see patients both in the MHS outpatient clinic - and on the MHS inpatient units working collaboratively with a Psychiatrist.


Qualifications:


Education:
Advanced education in Nursing - CNS or NP.



Experience:
Experience working with the mentally ill.



Skills:
Ability to work with the multidisciplinary team, critical thinking and problem solving skills, flexibility, initiative and conflict management.

Medical terminology required. Minnesota RN, current certification as a Psychiatric CNS or NP required.

- Occasional weekends

Position Summary

Well established multi-specialty clinic with a licensed social worker, internal medicine, family medicine, OB/GYN, general surgery, endocrinology, pediatrics, ENT, optometry, opthalmology and urgent care.
Part time position, working afternoons (1-5pm), Monday-Friday.
Work with a diverse population of patients.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system is utilized.

Responsibilities:

Diagnostic assessment along with individual, family and group therapy.


Qualifications:


Masters or Doctorate in Mental Health field (LP, LICSW). Two years post licensure experience required. MN license required.
