In addition, coordination of supervision of care activities and individual treatment plans are expected. Responsible for adequate and compliant documentation to ensure compliance and billing.<br/><br/><br/><b>Qualifications:</b><br/><br/><br/>- Minimally a Master?s degree in Psychology or closely related field from an accredited university.<br/>- Minimum 3 years experience treating patients in an acute care clinical setting.<br/>- Ability to work closely with health care team including physicians, nurses, mental health practitioners, social workers, behavioral health associates, therapeutic recreation therapists, occupational therapists.<br/>- Supervisory skills.<br/>- Good communicator.<br/>- Licensure/Certifications: Minnesota licensure as LP, or LICSW, or LMFT, or Psychiatric RN.<br/><br/><br/><b>Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule</b><br/><br/><br/>- Part-time position, 20 hrs/week.<br/>- M-TH 8am-1pm, Day shifts, no call<br/>- Exempt<br/><br/><b>Location/Community Information</b><br/><br/>Minneapolis boasts being both cosmopolitan yet small enough that you can find a place to call home whether on a lake, golf course, or in an adjoining suburb. This includes oversight of patient scheduling and chart preparation, review of quality of acquisitions and scoring, troubleshooting equipment, technical resource for staff, patients and physicians, ensuring appropriate education and competencies of technical staff, coaching and mentoring staff, timely performance reviews.  Exclusively day shift with occasional night shifts as needed.  During the night shift, the coordinator will assume the technologist's role and will be responsible for the acquisition of high quality PSG.<br/><br/><br/><b>Qualifications:</b><br/><br/><br/>Knowledge of the specialized field of Polysomnography, EEG technology or Respiratory Care. BLS required Three or more years of extensive experience in sleep acquisition and scoring. Excellent communication and teaching skills Able to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude Thorough knowledge of all aspects of sleep disorders The clinical coordinator will provide clinical expertise with regards to lab operations, budgeting, and staffing needs.
