The President understands and practices clinical medicine, is able to articulate the vision of the clinical service line, and is able to motivate and lead others in shared improvement efforts. The President is responsible for the direction and oversight of all medical operations and has oversight responsibility for the business operations of the clinical service line. Leads the clinical service line senior leadership team to implement the vision, mission, and strategic clinical priorities of the clinical service line. Promotes and supports organizational initiatives designed to improve quality of care and increase efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Works in conjunction with organization leadership to develop and implement business plans to achieve organizational and regional goals. Directs the development of appropriate outreach programs to enhance the delivery of care in the area. The position is responsible for working with outreach physicians to establish and maintain the program.<br/><br/><br/><b>Qualifications:</b><br/><br/><br/><b>Education/Experience :</b><br/> Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine and completion of a residency program is required.
